Andrew Cady

Andrew Cady, aka “Epic Mortgage Guy”, a Jacksonville, Florida native, has been intimately involved with the local community for 20+ years building his family business in the southeastern United States. In early 2015, Andrew found his passion in the mortgage business, quickly becoming one of the top 1% loan officers in the country and retaining that position ever since. In 2022 the “Epic Mortgage Guy” became the “Epic Mortgage Team” with an expansion to 18 teammates serving the entire state of Florida, with office locations in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville and Inlet Beach. Year to date the Epic Mortgage Team has served more than 350 families, closing more than $125,000,000. Andrew is also an avid market analyst for all things housing and economics related.

 

Andrew and the Epic Mortgage Team have truly mastered their profession, as evidenced by more than 2,000 five-star reviews, which speak volumes about the quality of service, passion, and communication he and his team have provided not only for his clients, but also for countless associated real estate agents, transaction coordinators, and title agents. Andrew also greatly enjoys quality time with his wife, Krystal, and their four beautiful children: Brandon, Elizabeth, Sophia, and Anna. Spending time at the beach is the most popular family pass time.

Sean Carpenter

Originally licensed as a REALTOR® in 1998, Sean Carpenter is the former Agent Development Director for the Ohio NRT companies. He jumped back into a sales role with Coldwell Banker serving buyers and sellers throughout Central Ohio. He founded Sean Speaks in 2018 to expand his speaking, consulting, and facilitation opportunities. His most popular sessions focus on creating memorable customer experiences, maximizing social and digital media, as well as business planning, leadership and sales.

Previously recognized by Inman News as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Leaders in Real Estate, Sean was named as one of the “Top 20 Most Influential People in Social Media for the real estate industry” by The Swanepoel Report for the third year in a row. Sean is a former recipient of the Joseph McKinnon Award from the Columbus Realtors, given annually to the Instructor of the Year.

Sean’s mission is to “teach with passion and enthusiasm instilling confidence and excitement in his students,” and he lives by his philosophy - build relationships, solve problems and have fun.

Eden Jordan

Eden has been an agent in Clay County, Florida since 1998. She is consistently a top performer in her market and prides herself on having an outstanding reputation among other agents and the community. Guiding and teaching other agents is one of her favorite parts of the business. She has mentored multiple agents over the years who are now in management or are top performers in her brokerage. While others may dread problem-solving, she loves when she can solve a difficult problem. A good problem solver makes a good agent. Eden has a love for monitoring and dissecting statistics and numbers because it is what drives the market. That insight and love for numbers set her apart from many competitors. She also believes hands-on experience is the best way to learn about the real estate business. You can take a thousand classes but never gain what you gain from hands-on learning. Eden learned hands-on working for her mother-in-law that would go on vacation for weeks at a time in a world where you had no internet on your phone and met people in person to get a contract signed! After almost 25 years, she has learned how to navigate the ever-changing market by being honest, realistic, and informative toward her clients.

Patti E. Ketcham

Patti’s known for her saying “Extend Grace”. She was that new part-time Realtor when she first began and will always hold a tender heart to those getting started and juggling a family. Patti passed her real estate exam two weeks prior to having her third child. She decided to get her real estate license because it provided her with the flexibility she needed for her family. She sold a lot her first year—seriously, one lot! Patti changed brokerage firms until she found her tribe. Her very first Open House she had only four people come, but she sold houses to three of them! That is a true testimony to the power of not knowing any better.

Once the Ketcham kids began school, Patti was offered a position in mortgage banking and she did that until the kids graduated from high school. Patti was elected as the first female President of the Tallahassee Mortgage Bankers Association. She developed and taught a course on “First-Time Home Buyer Education,” which received the HUD Best Practices Award. Patti was appointed the Executive Director of the Tallahassee Lenders Consortium. Under her guidance the program helped over 300 first time home buyers purchase a home, a testimony to the need for affordable housing and the power of the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.

At the turn of the century, Patti opened Ketcham Realty Group in Tallahassee, FL. She is very proud to have grown an independent firm, not a franchise, and the buck stops at her desk. Patti has owned and managed the firm for more than 20 years and she still loves it. She managed to keep the lights on during the period of Great Sadness, 2007-2013, and had the best year ever in 2021.

Chosen Instructor of the Year by Florida Realtors she is a licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor and has written several Continuing Education credit courses for Florida, Georgia and Alabama. Patti teaches for Florida Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors. She is called upon to do keynotes and leadership trainings for associations around the state of Florida. Florida Realtors® has chosen Patti to train all future instructors in their instructor training program, which is known for excellence in Realtor® education.

Patti has served in leadership roles on the local and state level in Florida. She is Past-President of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors and was appointed to the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) by Governor Scott and reappointed by Governor DeSantis. Patti served as Chair of FREC in 2020. During her tenure, she fought diligently to keep licensing and education open through virtual learning, even though she loves an in-person classroom.

Patti is known for her distaste of bios and tacky people, and she strives to bring class and laughter to her presentations!

Kim Knapp

In 2000 selling 6 million her first year, what did she learn?  Old fashioned hard work, networking with fellow professionals and most importantly remembering that if her customers had a remarkable experience, they would refer her to friends and family. 2005, Kim Started training other agents while selling and running a team. Today Kim is the Broker of a 500 million dollar office in annual sales, trains, speaks, is a CRS and Florida Realtor Instructor and a founder of the largest REBar Camps in the country. 

With almost half a billion in personal sales Kim, understands what it means to be in the trenches. What feeds her soul? Helping other real estate professionals get organized, create healthy boundaries, polish their game, grow their listing inventory, stay up with technology, make more money and build their business!

Jennifer Tossavainen

As a Broker Associate and Chief Financial Officer for Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty with 13 locations in Northeast and Central Florida, Jennifer is an experienced sales and finance professional who thrives on building systems to better manage operations, increase market share, analyze results and grow profit.  Jennifer is dedicated to supporting innovative solutions and collaborative education opportunities that support a healthy marketplace for everyone.  She has held leadership positions on the Board of Directors for NEFAR, Florida Realtors and currently enjoys being the most recent Past President of RealMLS.  Recently, Jennifer has been selected as the new General Manager for Metro Market Trends taking her passion for using numbers to tell a story to drive the mission of Metro Market Trends as the most accurate and timely provider of information used to make data driven decisions supporting a wide variety of real estate needs.  Jennifer has been a long time facilitator and volunteer Director for ReBAR Camp OneCoast, formerly known as ReBAR Camp Jax, and is delighted to be asked back to facilitate at ECAR again this year.

Linde Bowman is a 25 year Real Estate professional. After years of successfully helping buyers and seller's dreams come true, Linde decided to help other agents reach their goals as the ERA American Real Estate Director of Sales. ERA American has been changing lives on the Emerald Coast through real estate for 41 years. Serving the community with excellent service, volunteering to support the community we live in, and supporting the agents.  Partnering with agents to grow their business their way on a solid foundation to be trusted real estate advisors is not only a passion, but a way of life at ERA American.


Linde is a Northwest Florida native. She is married to a retired Air Force veteran, Michael Bowman. They have 2 children, Alayna and Mack Bowman. They have traveled the world together and decided that their home is here along the Emerald Coast. Driving results and dream fulfilling are her specialties. Linde began her career in Louisiana where she was Rookie of the Year before coming back to the area. Building investors a diverse inventory has helped many of her friends and family create wealth and stability. With a family background in construction, Linde has been able to help clients with new builds and remodeling too.  Linde was a Top Ten agent with ERA American before she shifted her gifts to help others achieve the same.  Her passion for real estate, honesty and negotiating skills have made her a top agent and reliable source to help others build a successful career.

Zee White

Zee White spent many years enjoying working with both sellers and buyers - you cannot have one without the other. I equally enjoy working with both types of transactions. Zee has a special appreciation for working with the military and relocations, having moved numerous times with her military family background. After working many years with customers, she decided to help real estate professional’s especially newer agents, develop their craft.  As the ERA American Career and Talent Development Director assisting agents gives Zee an enormous amount of satisfaction. Helping those who are changing careers, starting a new one and those wanting to enhance their real estate knowledge. Zee is passionate about her role in developing Trusted Advisors that can assist others achieve the American Dream of home ownership. Changing lives of not just customers but her colleagues too.
